Services
Trident Dynamics provides automation consultancy services, including process analysis, workflow design, and technical implementation. All project scopes, timelines, and costs are agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All custom automation solutions built for you become your property upon full payment. Trident Dynamics retains the right to use general methodologies and non-client-specific components in future work.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. All automations are tested before delivery; we provide a support period as defined in each project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
